Once registered, your membership card and unique barcode will be linked to your customer account. Memberships are currently available in-store only.
Membership Card Options
Members receive a physical membership card for easy reference.
For added convenience, you can also save a photo of your membership barcode on your mobile device and present it during checkout.
If your card is unavailable, our team can locate your membership using your registered phone number or email address.
Membership Validity & Renewal
12-Month Membership Term
All UHOME INSIDER memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. Your membership does not expire at the end of the calendar year.
Renewal reminders may be sent by email and/or text message prior to expiration. Membership renewals are currently available in-store. Online renewal options may be introduced in the future.
If your membership has expired, our cashiers can assist you with renewing your membership during checkout so you can continue enjoying member savings.
Membership Upgrades
Platinum Members may upgrade to an Onyx Membership at any time by paying the difference between the current membership fees.
The original membership expiration date will remain unchanged following the upgrade.
